The Manifesto
In the spirit of total transformation, Pol Pot Winery rejects the decadent excesses of the old world. Our vines are not pampered — they are disciplined. Every grape undergoes rigorous re-education to achieve absolute purity of flavor.
From the red soil of Kampuchea, we harvest only what is necessary. No bourgeois additives. No capitalist shortcuts. Only the raw, uncompromising expression of terroir forged under the red sun.

The Collection
Each bottle is a manifesto. Limited production. Uncompromising character. Serve at room temperature. Drink with conviction.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Full-bodied. Notes of blackcurrant, iron, and ancient stone. Aged in French oak under total blackout conditions. A wine of monumental structure and lingering finish.
Red Blend
The flagship. A radical blend that erases all previous vintages from memory. Dark fruit, graphite, and a finish that resets the palate. Drink to begin again.
Cabernet
Dense, brooding, unforgettable. Black cherry, dried earth, and a whisper of smoke. From the most contested plots. Powerful tannins that demand respect.
All wines are unfined, unfiltered, and unapologetic.

Only the most resilient vines survive the initial purge. Weak fruit is eliminated without mercy.
Grapes are subjected to extreme diurnal swings and controlled water stress. Character is forged, not found.
Fermentation occurs in total isolation. No commercial yeasts. No intervention. Pure expression only.
Aged in darkness. Released only when the wine has fully renounced its previous life and embraced Year Zero.
The Estate
Our private tasting salon in the heart of the estate is open by appointment only. Guests are invited to shed the bourgeois trappings of the outside world and submit to a full sensory re-education.

Membership is limited. Preference is given to those who demonstrate ideological alignment with our mission of total flavor control.
